The issues reported earlier today affecting access to multiple library systems and services have now been resolved.

Services remain at risk while DT colleagues continue to carry out remedial work, so if you experience any further access problems please report them to libinfodirect@ntu.ac.uk for library staff to investigate.

The library is aware of log in issues currently affecting multiple systems and services. You may see an error message and be denied access if you try to log in to any of the following:

• E-resources accessed via Library OneSearch (including those in the Find Databases service)
• Online resource lists
• Worktribe (for research output submissions)

Colleagues in DT are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
