Off-campus login issues for Practical Law

Screenshot of the Practical Law homepage with error message

We are currently investigating an issue with the off-campus access option from the Find Databases page for Practical Law.

Using the link will land you at the above Practical Law page but without first completing the NTU Single Sign part and granting access as an NTU user.

Whilst we work with ThomsonReuter to try and resolve direct access and to get full access, please use the Sign In option at the top right of the screen and then the ‘Access through academic institution’ option to the bottom of this page.

After searching and selecting Nottingham Trent University from the list of institutions you should then be directed to the NTU Single Sign On page and successful completion of this should then return you back to Practical Law as a signed in NTU user.
