Access to the NTU single sign on service has now been resorted


There seem to be an intermittent issues with accessing the single sign on service.
Access to lYNDA.com, Westlaw database, Irep and Resources lists are comfirmed to be effected.
The problem is being investigated
After an investigation the subscription that we have with AIP Scitation is for Journal of Applied Physics Online section of the site. The rest of the Scitation site may contain content that NTU staff and students are not entitled to access.

Currently there is an issue preventing access to Scitation online content from off-campus and non-free content on campus. The cause of the problem is under investigation.

Access to the Myilibrary has now been restored
Currently there is an issue preventing access to the Myilibrary service. The cause of the problem is under investigation.

Access to MyiLibrary has now been restored

Access to BRAD Insight database has now been restored, and updated registration details are available on the ‘Other passwords’ page of the library web site:

Currently, there are intermittent access issues affecting off-campus access to the Lexis Nexis database. The cause of the problem is under investigation.
