Off-campus access issues for Scopus

When accessing Scopus using the off-campus link users may see the following page, describing a institutional access error.

On campus access appears to be unaffected, although attempts to create a personal account may also result in the same error.

We are currently working with Elsevier support to try and resolve this as soon as possible.

Users may be able to access Scopus indirectly, by first logging into Science Direct, then using the Explore Elsevier options at the bottom of the page, selecting Scopus, and then the Sign In option from the main Scopus page.
