We are currently experiencing problems with accessing content on the Bloomsbury Collections platform from off-campus.
The cause of the problem is under investigation.

There is currently an off campus sign-in problem for Highwire Press e-Duke Journals Scholarly Expanded Collection.
When you choose ‘Sign in via your Institution’ Nottingham Trent University no longer appears in the UK Access institution list.
The technical team at Duke University Press are currently investigating this issue.

A scheduled maintenance period for the Box of Broadcasts platform is due on Thursday 01 February 2018 between 07:00 and 09:00. The provider advises that the service may be at risk during these times.

A scheduled maintenance period for some Proquest products including ProQuest Central, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global and Refworks is due on Sunday 28 January 2017 between 3:00 and 11:00.
The provider has advised that these platforms will be unavailable during this time.

A scheduled maintenance period for the Proquest Ebook Central platform is due on Saturday 20 January 2017 between 18:00 and 23:59.
The provider has advised that the platform and any Proquest ebook content will be unavailable during this time.
The intermittent sign in issues which were affecting access to Sage journals off campus have now been fixed by Sage.
If you encounter any further problems with access then please report in the usual manner.
We are currently having problems with accessing content from EBSCOhost both on and off campus. The cause of the problem is under investigation.

Currently there is an issue with accessing Sage journal articles off campus. When using Chrome and Firefox browsers some attempts to sign in result in an error message. IE11 appears to be unaffected at present.
As this appears to be an intermittent issue following attempts to sign in via Chrome and Firefox may work. The cause of the problem is under investigation.

Taylor & Francis have now fixed the issue that was preventing access to their ebooks from off-campus.
So any problems accessing T&F books that show as available in LOS should be passed on to the eSystems team.
