Issues affecting access to e-resources when using NTU WiFi

THE LIBRARY IS currently experiencing issues accessing electronic resource platforms from devices that are connected to NTU WiFi.

Following links from Library OneSearch and from records listed by the Find Databases service leads to a connection time-out browser error.

Follow these steps to gain access to resources while Digital Technologies colleagues work to fix the problem:

Wait for the connection time-out error page to load.

Edit the URL to remove the https://ntu.idm.oclc.org/login?url= prefix.

Press the Return key on your keyboard or mobile device to reload the page and connect to the resource.

Access to resources from wired NTU connections and from off campus is unaffected.
